Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blueprint by Cyzag application and related services (the "Service") provided by Cyzag ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blueprint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Blueprint by Cyzag is an industrial asset condition monitoring and operator rounds platform that enables:

  • Mobile operator rounds with offline capability
  • Asset condition monitoring and readings capture
  • Photo and observation documentation
  • Real-time dashboards and historical trend analysis
  • Multi-site and multi-tenant data management

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You agree to:

  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Log out from your account at the end of each session on shared devices

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of industrial asset monitoring and operator rounds. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Collect or harvest any information from the Service without authorisation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

5. Data Ownership and Responsibility

Your Data

Your organisation retains ownership of all data entered into the Service, including readings, observations, photos, and asset information ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the Service. Blueprint is a tool to assist with asset monitoring, but does not replace professional engineering judgement or safety assessments.

Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups as part of our service, we recommend that organisations maintain their own backup procedures for critical operational data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Cyzag and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription agreement.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as analytics providers). Your use of such integrations may be subject to additional terms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we aim to provide advance notice)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

The offline-first architecture of the mobile apps ensures you can continue capturing readings even when connectivity to our servers is unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by your organisation for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyzag, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Your access to the Service may be terminated:

  • By your organisation's administrator at any time
  • By us if you violate these Terms
  • Upon expiration or termination of your organisation's subscription

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyzag regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
