Offline-first operator rounds & asset condition monitoring
Cyzag Blueprint focuses first on Phase 1: structured operator rounds and asset readings for iOS, Android, and Web. Capture counters, temperatures, pressures, and vibration on the plant floor — even when you're offline — and keep a reliable history of how your assets are performing. Later phases build on the same model to add observations, work requests, and work orders.
Features
Designed for teams who need reliable operator rounds and asset condition data on the move — with a clear path into maintenance workflows later.
- iOS, Android, and Web from day one
- Offline-first mobile with background syncing when connectivity returns
- Asset-centred readings: counters, temperature, pressure, vibration, and more
- Last known value and historical readings per asset attribute (by design in the data model)
- Operator rounds: guide routes, capture readings, photos, and notes directly on the plant floor
- Roadmap to observations, work requests, and work orders as later phases
Operator rounds (Phase 1)
Phase 1 focuses on operator rounds and asset condition monitoring. Each checkpoint records structured readings against asset attributes — such as counters, temperature, pressure, and vibration — as well as free-form observations, photos, and comments. Everything is timestamped, linked to the operator, and safely stored even if the whole round is completed offline.
- Define rounds as sequences of checkpoints across assets and functional locations
- Record numeric readings and pass/fail checks alongside photos and notes
- Store readings in a model designed for both last-known value and historical trends
- Works offline; rounds and readings sync in the background when connectivity is available
Product phases
Cyzag Blueprint is intentionally phased. Phase 1 delivers a focused, production-ready core: operator rounds and asset condition monitoring. Phases 2 and 3 layer on maintenance workflows without changing the underlying data model.
Phase 1 — Operator rounds & asset readings
The foundation. Define assets and attributes, run operator rounds, and capture structured readings with offline support. Ideal for getting reliable condition data out of the field quickly.
- Assets, asset attributes, and measurement points
- Offline-first operator rounds on iOS and Android
- Last-known value and historical readings per attribute
- Photos, notes, and observations captured at each checkpoint
Phase 2 — Observations, alerts & triage
Build on Phase 1 data. Turn abnormal readings and operator comments into structured observations and alerts, so nothing important gets lost in the shift handover.
- Thresholds and simple rules on asset attributes
- Flag abnormal readings as observations with severity
- Alert views for supervisors and engineers
- Lightweight triage: acknowledge, comment, or mark for follow-up
Phase 3 — Agentic AI & MCP Server
Intelligent agents that understand your asset data, observations, and maintenance history. Use natural language to query trends, get recommendations, and take action — all connected via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Natural language queries over asset readings and observations
- AI agents with context from rounds, alerts, and historical trends
- MCP servers exposing asset data and actions as tools for LLMs
- Intelligent recommendations for maintenance priorities and root causes
Security first
Encryption at rest for local storage, secure transport for sync, and scoped access by environment. Phase 1 keeps the model small, but the security posture is designed to scale with more workflows and integrations in later phases.
How Phase 1 works
Define your assets and the attributes you care about — counters, temperatures, pressures, vibration, and other key readings. Create simple operator round templates that walk the user through those assets on mobile. Operators complete rounds offline if needed; Cyzag Blueprint stores each reading with time, operator, and asset context, then syncs in the background when connectivity returns. Future phases build on the same model to add observations, alerts, and AI-powered insights.
